PRIVACY POLICY

Very simply, the only information I have about you is what you provide when you buy something from or communicate with Nirvana Creations. That information is only used to ship your package and communicate back with you. Nirvana Creations will never rent, sell, or use your information for any other purposes.



COLOR DISCLAIMER

I do my very best to try to depict a product's actual color in the photos posted in my store, but due to variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors and I cannot guarantee that what you see is the exact color.



PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED

We accept PayPal and major credit cards for payment.

Credit card charges will appear on your credit card statement as LWLNIRVANA.

All orders to Pennsylvania, USA will be charged 6% sales tax.



SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders ship USPS within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.

When your order ships, I'll email you with the shipping/tracking information.

At this time, I only ship to U.S. addresses. No international shipping available.

Shipping charges include processing and handling costs in addition to postage.



REFUNDS

All sales are final. No returns.

I provide detailed descriptions, photos, and contact information to ask any questions prior to purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to be sure they want the item purchased. I absolutely do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse.

Package contents are documented in the package just prior to being sealed and shipped and the contents carefully checked against the order information. If, however, you think you were sent the wrong item, contact me at RMA@NirvanaCreationsUSA.com within 3 days of receiving the package. Do not return anything until you obtain an RMA number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be refunded. Any items not received by me within 10 days of issuance of the RMA number will not be accepted for a refund. Returned items must be in new condition. Items that are damaged, resized, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for refund. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, and all items originally included with the product - If not, no refund will be issued. Sealed items that have been opened will not be refunded.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please contact me at orders@NirvanaCreationsUSA.com within 3 days of receiving the package. Keep all packaging and the damaged item until you receive further instructions. Damaged items returned without first contacting me will not be refunded.

If an item I ship is returned to me by USPS as undeliverable due to the buyer either providing a misspelled, incorrect, or incomplete address or refusing delivery, the item will not be reshipped. You will be notified by email and a refund will be issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping charges to return an item to me.

Restocking fee of 50% applies to all returns.

Any approved refunds will be issued by check and sent to buyer by USPS mail to the address provided by buyer in the original order.

Purchasing from Nirvana Creations eCRATER store constitutes acceptance of these terms.
