All of my items are handcrafted by me and shipped from Pennsylvania.
No. Other than craft shows and expos, at this time I sell everything through my online stores.
I do my very best to try to depict a product's actual color in the photos posted in my store, but due to variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors and I cannot guarantee that what you see is the exact color.
If an item can be customized, you will see the customization options on that item's product page.

We accept PayPal and major credit cards for payment. Credit card charges will appear on your credit card statement as LWLNIRVANA.
All orders shipped to Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax.
Everything ships via USPS within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.
All orders ship with delivery confirmation. When your order ships, I'll email you with the shipping/tracking information.
At this time I only ship to U.S. addresses. No international shipping available.
All items are described as accurately and in as much detail as possible, one or more photos are included in each listing, and there is a contact link at the bottom of each product page for the buyer to ask me any questions prior to purchase. That's more than enough information to make an informed buying decision. I absolutely do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse.
Package contents are documented in the package just prior to being sealed and shipped and the contents carefully checked against the order information. If, however, you think you were sent the wrong item, contact me at RMA@NirvanaCreationsUSA.com within 3 days of receiving the package. Do not return anything until you obtain an RMA number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be refunded. Any items not received by me within 10 days of issuance of the RMA number will not be accepted for a refund. Returned items must be in new condition. Items that are damaged, resized, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for refund. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, and all items originally included with the product - If not, no refund will be issued. Sealed items that have been opened will not be refunded.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please contact me at orders@NirvanaCreationsUSA.com​ within 3 days of receiving the package. Keep all packaging and the damaged item until you receive further instructions. Damaged items returned without first contacting me will not be refunded.
Since any returned items could not be resold as new and items such as jewelry would require additional cleaning in order to be resold, a 50% restocking fee applies to ALL returns.
No. If shipping was charged for the item, those charges are not refundable. Buyer is also responsible for paying shipping charges to return an item to me.
