Can you duplicate a design I saw on another website?
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I’ll work with you as best I can. I will not, however, try to duplicate someone else’s custom designs.

Will I get to see my custom jewelry order before I pay for it?
All custom jewelry order pieces will be photographed when completed and the photos sent to you for approval. If you love it, great! We can make specific arrangements for the transaction to take place. If you don’t love it, I’ll add it for sale to the public and we can try again.

I'd like to order more quantity than what is in stock. Can you make more?
Special orders are welcome for patterned or hand knitted items (for example, larger quantities than are listed available in the store). I will try to duplicate one of my own original designs, but the uniqueness of my hand crafted jewelry means even I can’t exactly duplicate my own work. Just contact me at CustomOrderRequest@NirvanaCreationsUSA.com and I'll let you know the time frame and price involved in completing your special request.

How do I pay with a Money Order?
Instructions to pay with a money order are provided during checkout. Only USPS money orders are accepted. Order ships only after payment is received. If payment is not received within 10 business days, the order will be cancelled.

Do you charge sales tax?
All orders shipped to Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax.

How can I pay for my order?
At this time, I accept PayPal and USPS money orders for payment. Major credit cards are also accepted and processed through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to use your credit card through PayPal. Store policies on payment, shipping and returns can be found on the 'Terms' link at the bottom of this page.

Where are you located?
All of my items are handcrafted by me and shipped from Pennsylvania.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store or boutique I can visit?
No store or boutique. Other than craft shows and expos, at this time I sell everything through my online store.

No. Just fill up your shopping cart, checkout and pay. You never have to register on eCrater to buy from my store.

At this time I only ship to U.S. addresses. No international shipping available.

How will my order be shipped?
Everything is shipped by USPS with delivery confirmation within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Store policies on payment, shipping and returns can be found on the 'Terms' link at the bottom of this page.

Is shipping really free or do you just hide the shipping cost in the product price?
For items marked as free shipping, shipping is totally free to the customer. The price of my items is determined by the time, difficulty and cost of materials involved in making it. No other costs are added in or hidden. You would pay the same for the item at a craft show (where there's obviously no shipping cost at all).

What if I don't like what I bought?
All items are described as accurately and in as much detail as possible, multiple photos are also included in each listing, and there is a contact link on each product page for the buyer to ask me any questions prior to purchase. That's more than enough information to make an informed buying decision. I absolutely do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse. What if I received the wrong item?
If you think you were sent the wrong item, please follow the instructions for obtaining an RMA. Store policies on payment, shipping and returns can be found on the 'Terms' link at the bottom of this page.

What if my order was damaged in shipping?
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please follow the instructions on the 'Terms' page.

Why do you charge a restocking fee if you don't accept returns?
Some people just insist on ignoring policies and doing what they want. Since any returned items could not be resold as new and items such as jewelry would require additional cleaning in order to be resold, a restocking fee applies to all returns. Details on store policies for payment, shipping and returns can be found on the 'Terms' link at the bottom of this page.

Are shipping charges refundable?
No. If shipping was charged for the item, those charges are not refundable. Buyer is also responsible for paying shipping charges to return an item to me.
